Holiday Programme dates:
Monday 29th September to Friday 10th October 2008
Key attributes required are:
Experienced in working with children
Supervisory and leadership experience
Ability to create and implement interesting activities
Ability to work in a range of activity areas
Full drivers licence an advantage

Youthtown Basketball Co-ordinator
Youthtown is a youth focused organisation, which provides programmes, activities and events for young people aged 5 -18 years. Due to growth a vacancy exist for a dynamic basketball co-ordinator to help manage and facilitate the Youthtown Basketball Pathway in the Auckland Area which includes In-schools coaching, Leagues, Rising Stars programme, 3 on 3 streetball, camps & clinics.
Reporting directly to the Programme Director the Co-ordinator will have other responsibilities including budgeting, planning, and involvement in other Youthtown Events. The ability to develop and nurture strong links with a wide range of stakeholders within the community is also essential.
Key Attributes Required:
- Previous experience in basketball development & coaching.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
- Excellent group facilitation skills.
- Excellent administration and systems management
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Self motivated with effective planning and organisational skills.
- Outgoing, friendly, people oriented with a sense of humour.

Youthtown Bus Driver Position
Are you available mornings or afternoons and the occasional after hours work?
We have a vacancy for a part time bus driver to work from our Central Branch in an excellent team and contribute to our Programme requirements. You will need a class 2 driver's license & "P" endorsement.
